Marcel Gruber

Software Architect & Founder

I've spent over a decade in web development and infrastructure, building and optimizing systems across the WordPress and Sitecore ecosystems. My focus is on the intersection of performance engineering and practical architecture — solving real problems with minimal complexity.

I work as a Sitecore Architect. I have deep experience in .NET, PHP, server administration, and edge computing. I'm the person teams call when the site is down and nobody knows why.

Today, a lot of my work is about helping sites stay fast and in control as the web gets more agentic — more crawlers, more AI traffic, more pressure on infrastructure. I help clients get resilient, not just quick fixes. I see it as part of a bigger shift: businesses adapting to the agentic age, automating and pivoting toward what actually matters. I help with everything involved in making that turn.
